The Adair Academy is a relaxed and supportive online space for light blues across the Province to come together and build confidence in lodge work.

Whether you are preparing your first piece of ritual or looking to develop further, the Academy offers practical guidance in a no-pressure environment, working alongside lodge mentors, Solomon and existing Provincial resources.

Sessions are delivered online and focus initially on ritual, with plans to expand into officer roles, best practice, and shared experience as the programme develops.
